Coal is not only the main energy in our country,is also a very important strategic resources,coal consumption is the main force of China's coal consumption.There are kinds of coal in our country,the quality levels not neat,the quality is not stable,not suitable for direct combustion.Domestic coal impurity is more,the combustion efficiency is low,pollution is serious,investigate its fundamental reason is caused by coal burning pollution,at present,it is particularly important to how to reasonable use of power coal.This paper mainly on the three economic power coal blending system carries on the research and design of power plant,in theoretical research,for coal blending model linear additivity,high order,nonlinear and uncertainty,further study of coal quality the influence extent of each index of coal blending model with three power as the research object,using the experience of predecessors' research,based on support vector machine(SVM)technology and the characteristics,principle and implementation method of genetic algorithm,for power coal blending model prediction and experimental results are compared,by coal ash melting characteristics of experimental research show that hybrid genetic algorithm and the technique of support vector of intelligent optimization algorithm,improve the prediction ability of the coal blending model from whole,soft foundation for the subsequent development of application.In application research,the original coal in power plants of PLC program control system or an independent control PLC + PC structure,Using a new generation of SIS plant-level automation information system access coal monitoring and control system,power plant coal conveying equipment instrumentation,coal blending control system and production management system of coal related to data acquisition,effectively solve the question of different equipment,system communication,fully realize the informationization integration and management of a coal conveying system,guarantee the safe and economic operation of boilers,energy conservation and emissions reduction and low carbon environmental protection.
