With the birth of smart house and IOT,people's life has become more and more convenient.As an indispensable part of office workers' daily life,office desk plays a key role in ensuring the physical and mental health and work efficiency of office workers.The idea of "sitting for health" has been recognized by more and more people.The form of "sitting office" is rising quietly.Intelligent lift table as a new product of contemporary office mode has good market prospects and research significance.The main contents of this paper state the current study situation and development trend of intelligent lifting table at home and abroad,According to the technical requirements of the manufacturer,the structural form and performance parameters of the lifting table are determined,and the detailed design is carried out by using Solid Works 3D software.Determine the design scheme of the control system and analyze the key technology.Complete the hardware design and software development of the lifting table controller,select STM32 microcontroller as the core processor,and connect the wireless,motor driver,power module to the peripheral circuit.Designed the communication protocol and server software and a set of communication protocols,which reduces the packet loss rate and adds the"hole digging" technology.Finally,the mobile phone and the lifting table controller can connect through the server under WAN environment.The APP is designed to realize the remote control and data management of the lifting table.The user can use the APP to complete the lifting table lifting and timing query and other operations.Finally,the functional modules of the intelligent lifting table were tested.The test results show that the intelligent lifting table control system designed in this paper can achieve the expected design requirements of the system,and lay a good foundation for later product development.The technical scheme and route designed in this paper are feasible and have certain reference significance.
