In recent years,The company has increased investment in photovoltaic field,Invest in new PVDF factories in 2015,Formally involved in the raw material field of the photovoltaic industry.As the PVDF factory enters industrialization,The PVDF factory directly follows the management system of Zhongtian Technology advanced Materials Co.,Ltd--ERP and DCS/PLC,With the continuous improvement of industrialization process,The parent company's management system is gradually insufficient in PVDF production,Mainly in the production process management can not achieve real-time connection.Based on the above deficiencies,The management level of the company decided to develop the PVDF production and manufacturing execution system(MES),Make the connection between ERP and DCS/PLC,To achieve comprehensive and systematic management of production processes.ERP system is a Resource Planning system,It is a kind of integrated management system of material resources,capital resources and information resources,which is widely used in manufacturing industry.It focuses on the control of material planning,material wastage,product output,financial settlement,and so on.In the management of production process,it has not been able to control effectively.DCS/PLC system,It is mainly the embodiment of automation degree of equipment.Highly integrated information on a single device,but difficult to communicate.This paper proposes,Through independent develop PVDF manufacturing execution system,Make up for deficiencies in the current system.PVDF product production,The system automatically sets up the PVDF information file,Reading production plan information from ERP,n the process of production,the real-time data of the equipment is read automatically,and all the data are processed systematically and imported into the fluorine film information file.Each film volume forms a separate database,which serves as an important data reference for the production of downstream enterprises.To further improve the regulatory capacity of the production process,Improve the management level of PVDF manufacturing execution system,Improve the correctness of enterprise planning decision and agility of production process management and control.This paper focuses on the organic combination of production and management,flat management of production process,on-line monitoring of production process,The computer integrated manufacturing system based on ERP/MES/PCS three-layer model is developed.The system developed in this paper adopts the C/S structure system,Rational use of the advantages of the C/S structure,Complex logic part is placed on the CLIENT side,Reduce server load,Increased system speed.The system is connected to ERP and DCS/PLC,Effectively combine production business processes with work management,Build an enterprise-wide cross-system workflow integration platform.System architecture of the PVDF manufacturing execution system,Is the root of the entire system to operate effectively,Core components are effectively integrated by the system,Collaborate with each other after integration,In this way,the system can handle complex business applications.Database construction mentioned in the paper.By using Motorola MC55A0 as a handheld terminal,Including functions such as bar code scanning,photo taking,data uploading and so on,The server uses WCF distributed service to reduce the terminal operation,the terminal is only used to input data,and display data.When recording data,the MAC address and IP address of the mobile terminal are obtained to verify that the device has the authority to point out a particular area,so as to ensure that the data is not interfered with by other processes.
