Research On The Improvement Of Rural Environmental Sanitation In Anfeng Town

In recent years,along with the rapid development of the rural economy,the environmental pollution in the rural areas has also intensified.The production and living environment in rural areas is becoming dirty,chaotic and poor,and the living habits are becoming increasingly serious.With the acceleration of the industrialization and urbanization,the industrial pollution becomes increasingly serious.Meanwhile,the extensive use of chemical fertilizers in agricultural production cause serious land pollution.The government of Anfeng has began to improve its environmental remediation since 2011,but the environmental problems have not been fundamentally solved,which has seriously affected the life quality of the masses and restricted the harmonious development of rural areas.The worsening environmental pollution in rural areas does not only hamper the implementation of rural revitalization strategy but also endangers the health of rural residents and livestock and restrict the development of agriculture.Therefore,this article analyzes the present situation of rural environment remediation in Anfeng,trying to analyze the problems faced by Anfeng in improving its environment and the reasons for those problems.At the same time,the article analyzes the advanced experience of rural environmental remediation abroad and explores suitable way for Anfeng environmental improvement.Renovating the rural environment depends on the government’s overall planning and control,but it does not need to rely entirely on the authority and sanctions of the government.Environmental governance needs to coordinate all parties and to integrate social capital.Governments,NGOs and various private organizations must work together to establish partnerships to rectify the rural environment.The rural environmental remediation is arduous and it is a long-term work which cannot be accomplished overnight.Rural environmental improvement should closely follow and adapt to the specific situation of the environmental pollution in the region.Therefore,Anfeng should suit its measures to local conditions to explore the suitable mechanism for(?)s environmental remediation through drawing lessons from the advanced expe ience of rural environmental remediation at home and abroad.The optimal coml ination of institutional adjustment and public participation should be adopted byAnfeng when it comes to environmental remediation.so as to establish its countermeasures to rural sanitation.
