Industrial cluster is an important mode of industrial organization and plays an important role in regional economic development.In recent years,the rapid development of Internet technology has had a profound impact on the development of traditional industrial clusters.Internet technology breaks the boundaries of traditional geographic space,greatly shortens the space-time distance between different regions,can maximize the integration of various resources,especially for the industrial cluster participants to access a wide range of information resources.On the one hand,Internet technology promotes the formation of a new industrial cluster development mode of “Internet + industrial cluster”.On the other hand,it promotes the upgrading and upgrading of traditional industrial clusters.The thesis chooses the traditional manufacturing industry cluster as the research object,and takes the Mapo Glass Industryl Cluster in Xuzhou,Jiangsu Province as the research case.On the basis of consulting and combing the domestic and foreign research literature related to the theme of the thesis,the theoretical basis and analysis framework of the thesis are determined.Then,through field research and interviews,the relevant data of the thesis was obtained.Based on the analysis of the network structure characteristics and the changes in the production,marketing and R&D design organization of the Mapo Glass Industry Cluster under the influence of the Internet,the thesis analyzes the evolution mechanism of the cluster under the influence of the Internet.The specific research content of the thesis includes the following aspects.Firstly,through querying relevant informations and literatures,the thesis sorts out and defines the concept of industrial clusters,“Internet + industrial clusters” and geographic network space.The thesis chooses the Industrial Organization Theory,Transaction Cost Theory and Social Network Theory as the theoretical basis of the thesis,and sorts out the relevant research literature.Secondly,according to the relevant theory of industrial clusters and relevant data on the development of research areas obtained from field research,and based on the research results of previous researchers,the thesis divided the development of Mapo Glass Industry Cluster into the embryonic stage,growth stage and transition stage.At the same time,according to the impact of the Internet on cluster development,the growth stage of Mapo Glass Industry Cluster was divided into slow growth stage and fast growth stage.Then conducts an in-depth analysis development conditions and characteristics of each stage.According to the analysis,the Mapo Glass Industry Cluster is currently undergoing a transition stage.Thirdly,based on the social embodied in the combination of online and offline marketing models.At the same time,the online trading platform based on Internet technology breaks the traditional geographical space limitation,shortens the distance between enterprises and consumers,and potentially expands the scope of the enterprise sales market.In the R&D design process,on the one hand,the application of Internet technology broadens the channels for enterprises to obtain product market information.Enterprises in the cluster can grasp the latest market information more quickly and conveniently;on the other hand,the application of Internet technology has greatly shortened the R&D design cycle of products.Finally,according to the previous research,the evolution mechanism of Mapo Glass Industry Cluster under the influence of the Internet can be summarized into three types: the driving force of flexible production,the dual force of the agglomeration and decentralization of enterprise spatial organization,and the path-dependent mechanism.The flexible production mode of the enterprise promotes the agglomeration of cluster specialized production space and the expansion of enterprise sales scope.The agglomeration and decentralization of enterprise spatial organization is mainly embodied in the agglomeration of core functions of each organization in real space,and the decentralization of non-core functions relative to the enterprise ontology and the decentralization of virtual space through the Internet.The path dependence mechanism is mainly reflected in the relationship between the cluster and the enterprise's dependence on the government and the choice of the company's own development inthe process of cluster evolution.
