The polyester mesh is a fabric formed by interweaving polyester warp yarns and weft yarns by a heavy-duty wide-width polyester mesh weaving machine,which is widely used in papermaking,sewage treatment and other industries.The project comes from the cooperate issue,"heavy-duty wide-width polyester mesh loom electrical system design and research of control algorithm",which involve Xi'an Qifeng Network Co.,Ltd.and Tianjin Polytechnic University.The existing TM300 heavy-duty wide-width polyester mesh loom are introduced in foreign countries.At present,the looms have high-frequency failure of the electrical control system during the operation and the low warp tension control during the weaving process and other issues.Based on research of the advanced electrical control system of heavy-duty wide-width polyester mesh looms at home and abroad,this paper first analyzes the weaving process and principle of heavy-duty wide-width polyester mesh looms.And then designs a set of electrical control system of heavy-duty wide-width polyester mesh looms with high degree of automation and applicability.At the same time,studies the control of the warp tension to increase the control precision of the warp tension,and finally the opening mechanism is optimized to reduce the warp tension fluctuation.1)Design of electrical control system:By comparing and analyzing the characteristics of traditional electrical control system,a distributed electrical control system with programmable logic controller as the core is designed,and the specific design details are given.The electrical control system is realized by the upper computer.The monitoring and setting of the relevant operating parameters of the loom,the designed electrical control system meets the process requirements of the heavy-duty wide-width polyester mesh weaving machine.At the same time simplifies the complicated circuit connection and realizes the visual operation of the loom.2)Research on warp tension control algorithm:Based on the mathematical model of the winding/feeding mechanism,the warp tension forming principle is analyzed and the warp tension control scheme is proposed,then the relevant parameters of the winding and feeding are analyzed and calculated in the weaving process.At the same time,the common PID control algorithm and the integral separation PID control algorithm are used to compare the simulation of the warp tension control based on MATLAB.By comparing the experimental simulation results,the integral separation PID control algorithm is introduced into the programmable logic controller.The actual warp tension data collected during the field debugging showed that it took 120 shuttle for the warp tension to rise from 180 kg to 700 kg in the weaving process,and the warp tension was stable at 700±20 kg in the normal weaving process,with good stability.3)Analyze and optimize of the open transmission mechanism:The high-frequency fluctuation of the warp tension during the weaving process of the polyester mesh is mainly caused by the movement of the opening mechanism.On the based of analyzing the movement process and action requirements of the opening mechanism,the movement of opening mechanism is analyzed.Through establishing the model of opening mechanism,simulation optimization in ADAMS.Analysis the results of simulation show that the movement of optimized open mechanism is stable,reduced the impact on the warp tension fluctuation,and increased the vehicle speed to 40 shuttle/minute can still meet the heald frame Movement requirements.
