This paper mainly do the design of the primary mechanism of wide loomand the kinematic analysis of the motions of weaving.Firstly, the paper carrys out the design of the wide loom in whole, so that itcan be a reference in designing and analyzing the primary mechannism.Then the paper takes on the design of the beating-up mechanism which usesthe planar four-bar linkage. From the view of lowering the pressure ang1e, thepaper do the preliminary design of the beating-up mechanism. It is thendesigned in optimum theory on a computer and a term of optimizer parametersis chosen to suit for the reed motion. And the parameters was applied in typeTJGK-202 wide looms which are being designed in Tianjin No.1 Texti1eMachine Manufacture Factory. Subsequently, the precise kinematic analysis ofthe beating-up mechanism, the back rest and picking mechanism is proceededfrom programming the general subprogram, and the motions of weaving getsverified. Finally, the paper do the simple kinematic analysis of the sheddingmechanism in the similar loom (in type TJGN-206). The emphasis is put onthe kinematic performance and all kinds of influence factors is determined..The aim of the paper is to finish good design method, to study the analysismethod for researching similar mechanism of a weaving machine and topresent useful facts for the same work. |
