Research On Optimization And Coordination Mechanism Of Wood Forest Product Supply Chain Under Carbon Constraints

On December 19,2017,the National Development and Reform Commission printed and issued the “National Carbon Emission Trading Market Construction Program(Power Generation Industry)”,which marks the completion of the overall design of China’s carbon emissions trading system.The national carbon emissions trading system and the carbon emission trading market officially launched.Under this background,the study of the effect of carbon price cooperation strategy under carbon constraints on forest management companies and wood forest products manufacturing companies has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,the fourth chapter focuses on the carbon emissions under the constraints of woody forest products supply chain production and emission reduction optimization strategy,discusses the optimal reduction strategy of optimal forest management and forest management enterprises of manufacturing enterprises,through the model solution and scenario simulation,analysis of effects of carbon quotas,consumer preference,cost reduction etc.Secondly,the fifth chapter studies the mechanism of woody forest products in the supply chain,the production and emission reduction strategies on the cooperation mechanism of supply chain carbon price under the supply chain,and compared with the non-cooperative situation,looking for a reasonable price range of carbon transfer.The price of carbon within the supply chain cooperation mechanism is conducive to the improvement of the enterprise supply chain profit;reasonable price of carbon sequestration technology manufacturing enterprises can not only ease the pressure to reduce emissions,and help enterprises to improve forest management of forest carbon sink afforestation scale.Thirdly,the sixth chapter studies the constraint of carbon emission under the quality of forest products supply chain cost sharing mechanism,constructing of the main body of cost reduction sharing model,and analysis of influence factor on the sharing of forest products supply chain the main decision quantity.The study found that emission reduction investment sharing mechanism,namely joint emission reduction,can help the supply chain get higher profits as a whole,and also can help manufacturers improve carbon emission reduction of unit finished products,so that manufacturers can reduce the total amount of carbon emissions.Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions from three perspectives,such as policy formulation,supply chain cooperation and business entities,so as to achieve sustainable development of wood forest products industry,and maximize the forestry economic value.
