Safe production is the root of the company's long-term development.The most effective means to guarantee the implementation of safe production is training.Therefore,doing a good job in safety production training is the primary basis for completing safety production tasks.The establishment of a safe production training management system can improve the efficiency of corporate safety production training management,consolidate the awareness of safe production,and provide information support for the implementation of safe production responsibilities.This thesis has learned about,researched and analyzed the safety production training management business of Yunnan Tobacco Company.From the Yunnan Provincial Tobacco Company's production safety training management system,the results of the actual use of the foundation and similar projects were generated,and the tasks accomplished by the dissertation and the practical problems to be solved were clarified.The business analysis section analyzes the four management processes in the original business: training report management,training implementation management,training result management and training student management.The original safety production training management model,management process,and organization configuration are further analyzed.Research and analysis,and sort out new management processes: training program management,training preparation management,training implementation management,training assessment management,training evaluation management,training public management,training student management,based on this is given more suitable The management model;the functional analysis section describes the various participants and the tasks they complete in each phase of the business using use cases and packages;In the chapter of data analysis,this thesis collates and analyzes the data used in the various management processes in the system,uses class diagrams to display and analyzes therelationships between various classes and attribute descriptions;Finally,we summarize the major tasks that have been completed so far,and propose functions that have not yet been realized and considerations for the future.This thesis through the research and analysis of the safety production management system,find out the complicated and unreasonable process in the original management method,and use the UML modeling technology and database modeling technology to give the optimized process and carry out the function and data analysis.
