Flotation is the main separation method of nonferrous metals.Flotation is also widely used in rare metals,precious metals,The separation of ferrous and nonmetallic ores.The preparation and addition of flotation reagents is an important part of flotation production.Whether the accuracy of the preparation of liquid and the amount of addition meet the actual requirements directly affects the production index and economic benefits of the concentrator.The traditional way of dispensing and dosing is high in labor intensity,inaccurate,late and inconvenient.The application of the automatic control system of flotation dispensing and dosing not only overcomes the problem of manual adjustment,but also reduces the drug consumption of flotation production,bringing direct economic benefits to the plant,reducing the number of workers and labor intensity.With the increasingly prominent problems of poor,fine and complicated mineral resources,as well as the gradual improvement of flotation process requirements,manual operation is difficult to meet the production process requirements,so it is urgent to carry out automatic technical reform for the dispensing and dosing of flotation operations in concentrator.In this paper,the research status of automatic dispensing and dosing in flotation plants at home and abroad is deeply studied,and the principle and technological index of automatic control of dosing and dosing are analyzed.This article first expounds the flotation dispensing with dosing of intelligent control development present situation,according to the characteristics of ore dressing process of dispensing with dosing has carried on the research and design,from complete sets of equipment to control system is put forward comprehensive technology solutions,research and design content mainly includes: dispensing equipment integration,dosing equipment integration as well as to the dispensing with dosing of complete sets of equipment for real-time control of the intelligent control system.The complete set of equipment for the combined design,according to the needs of flexible configuration.Each kind of medicament needs a set of dispensing equipment(except foaming agent),the complete set of dispensing equipment mainly includes: belt cargo conveyance device,medicament unpacking device,medicament mixing device and medicament storage device.It is mainly divided into seven steps:drug transportation,bag removal,material discharge,water supply,stirring,filtration and drug storage,which can realize automatic preparation,transportation,filtration,storage and liquid level detection.Each kind of medicine needs a dosing equipment,dosing equipment mainly includes: constant pressure box,electromagnetic valve,pipeline,etc.,mainly to achieve the cache and liquid level constant,accurate output of liquid and liquid transport to the dosing point and other functions.The liquid level of medicine storage box and constant pressure cache box is detected by pressure transmitter,the liquid level of constant pressure cache box is stabilized by liquid level control valve,and the precise dosing is realized by controlling the action time of solenoid valve by PLC.The design adopts the way of flexible installation,which simplifies the assembly procedure of the device and makes the overall installation of the dosing system more flexible and convenient.Dispensing and dosing equipment through the intelligent control system to realize the automatic control of production process,the control system with Siemens S7-1200 PLC as lower machine,touch screen,microcomputer as the upper machine,realizes the real-time control of the process of dispensing and dosing and remote monitoring,touch screen and PLC control cabinet installed on site,the computer in the control room,the operator can through the touch screen on the control field device,can monitor indoor and field device for remote control by computer,control system integrating detection,control,management,and other functions,realizes the dispensing equipment and intelligent control of dosing device.In this paper,the control system software design and development,mainly including: the intelligent control of the dispensing process,the intelligent control of the dosing process and the control system monitoring.The program control of dispensing and dosing is realized in PLC,and the monitoring of control system is realized in touch screen and monitoring computer.The development of man-machine interface is the interface of man-machine dialogue and interactive information between the field staff and the PLC controller.In order to facilitate the monitoring of the operation site equipment,the upper machine state screen was designed,and the operation panel screen,the dosing calibration screen,the dosing point test screen,the liquid level display screen of the medicine storage box and the constant pressure cache box were established.In addition,the development of database storage and query function,can store and query up to several decades of historical data,facilitate the technical personnel through the historical data analysis to obtain the best pharmaceutical conditions.Finally,in this paper,the dispensing and dosing system testing and validation studies,studies the dosing flow with constant pressure buffer tank liquid level,the action time of the solenoid valve,solenoid valve output pipe diameter and different models of electromagnetic valve of the relationship between individuals,the rise of temperature of the solenoid valve under different conditions is studied and the relationship between the action time of the solenoid valve,the design is verified by the reliability and adaptability of the electromagnetic valve control device.
