| In recent years,with the deepening of market-oriented reform and the emergence and rapid application of modern information technologies such as cloud computing,big data,Internet of things,mobile Internet and artificial intelligence,traditional manufacturing enterprises are facing significant changes in efficiency,quality and motivation.HT,a wholly owned subsidiary of China Tobacco Corporation,owned seven cigarette factories,has transferred its previous "Planning system" as the major management mode of "Push Development" to "Ordering system" as the main body of "Pull Development" during the process of adapt to the market-oriented reform,and then to truly realize the market-oriented operation of sourcing according to order,planning according to demand,adjusting strategy according to the state.The change of business mode determines that the production organization mode should also be changed accordingly.Cigarette manufacturing is gradually transitioning from mass production to multiple varieties and small batches.Manufacturing execution system(MES),which is the most dependent part of cigarette production,also needs to be adjusted correspondingly with the change of production mode.Meanwhile,due to the different construction time and application level of MES system in seven cigarette factories,it is urgent to explore the collaborative optimization of multiple MES systems under the group management and control mode.Based on the development trend of intelligent manufacturing in cigarette manufacturing industry,this paper starts from the poor MES application level in seven manufacturing unit of HT company,combined with MES system integration problems,employee complainants,data application problems,poor decision-making support.On the basis of predecessors’ research experience,togethering with the practical application of MES system,by using literature analysis,field interviews and expert consultation methods,the paper collects 26 factors that may affect the MES application.Through Analytic Hierarchy Process,those 26 factors can be further summarized into four dimensions,namely: basic application information,participation in construction and system familiarity,system matching degree and application depth,and system construction level.According to different research objects,entities and individuals,the article distributes and recycles two different survey questionnaires respectively.By analyzing 229 valid questionnaires,it identifies six factors leading to poor MES application,including insufficient construction participation,lower data integration,immaturity of system application,differences in demand consistency,poor application depth and instability of parts of the systems,and from open questions and field interviews to put forward the system security as an important factor.Combined with the above factors and enterprise’s actual situation,this paper puts forward the MES application optimization from 5 aspects,such as overall architecture,data standard,system function,system integration,system security;and proposes 4 supporting measures including organization,system,technology and personnel,to the MES application optimization.According to the above optimization and safeguard measures,HT company promotes multiple MES systems’ collaborative optimization within the group through the cigarette factories MES system upgrade and iteration project,with unified relevant standard,perfected management system,realized system integration and connectivity on the company level,promoted HT company’s ability to adapt to the market,the speed of responses and level of service to the market,promoted achievement of high-quality development effectively. |
