With the development of nanotechnology, metal nanomaterials have received great attention.Among them, silver nanoparticles has been widely used as an antibacterial finishing agent in textile finishing processing due to its high-efficiency and broad-spectrum antibacterial characteristics. In the synthesis of silver nanoparticles, choosing a more green and environmentally friendly synthesis method is one of the focuses of current research. In this paper, silver nanoparticles was synthesized by using green and environmentally friendly biosurfactant sophorolipid as dispersant to optimize its synthetic process.Silver nanoparticles was used to antibacterially finish wool fabrics and dye the finished fabrics.First, locustose lipid was selected as dispersant, silver nitrate was used as substrate, and glucose was used as reducing agent to synthesize silver nanoparticles, and the synthesis process of silver nanoparticles was optimized. The optimized process is: silver nitrate concentration is 10 mmol/L,glucose concentration is 50mmol/L,sophorolipid concentration is 1.7 g/L,reaction temperature is 70 ?,reaction time is 2 h,and reaction system p H is 6.5.The synthesized silver nanoparticles solution was brown-yellow and no precipitate was formed. The characteristic absorption peak of the silver nanoparticles solution appeared at 429 nm,and the particle size distribution ranged from 3 to 30 nm.The silver nanoparticles particles are spherical or spheroidal, with an average particle size of 6.67 nm.The crystal structure is face-centered cubic crystals, and there is no significant change after the solution is left for one month.Silver nanoparticles was generated inside the wool fabric by in-situ synthesis. After finishing the fabric was brownish yellow, and the whiteness of the fabric dropped from 79.75 to 47.45.Scanning electron microscopy tests revealed that a large amount of silver nanoparticles particles were formed on the surface of the finished wool fabric.EDX tests showed that silver elements were distributed uniformly on the surface of the fibers. The average silver nanoparticles content of the finished fabric was 323.9 mg/kg,and the silver nanoparticles loss was small after 20 washings. The bacteriostatic rate of the silver nanoparticles-finished fabric against E.coli and S.aureus was 99.99 %,and the fabric had good washability.Explore the effect of silver nanoparticles finishing on wool fabric dyeing. The wool was dyed with reactive dyes red 2G,yellow CE,and black CE.Compared with non-silver nanoparticles finishing fabrics, silver nanoparticles can significantly improve the dyeing rate, dyeing rate and fixation rate of dyes, and has less influence on the fabric's resistance to soaping, sweat and rubbing fastness. The K/S value of the back fabric has increased, and the silver nanoparticles has a certain deepening effect on dark dyes.Compared with traditional processes, low temperature dyeing will reduce the dyeing rate and dyeing rate of dyes, but it is still higher than that of unfinished fabrics. It is believed that low temperature dyeing of silver nanoparticles fabrics has certain feasibility. In this paper, the biosurfactant sophorolipid was used to synthesize silver nanoparticles to prepare silver nanoparticles with small size and good dispersibility. The antibacterial effect of the fabric after in-situ deposition was significant. The presence of silver nanoparticles also facilitated the dyeing of the fabric. This research has certain theoretical significance and application value in the synthesis of silver nanoparticles, antibacterial finishing of textiles and dye promotion.
