| There are extensive channels in V2O5,which can improve both transmission rate of Li+and storage properties.Therefore,V2O5was widely used as the ion storage material for electrochromic glass.The preparation method has an obvious influence on the structure and properties of the materials.In this thesis,V2O5ion storage layers were prepared on ITO glass surface by magnetron sputtering method and sol-gel method,respectively.The effects of the sputtering time and annealing temperature on the structure and properties of V2O5ion storage layer were mainly studied in the magnetron sputtering process.V2O5porous film was prepared by the sol-gel method,in which the response surface analysis method was used to explore the effects of heat treatment temperature,the adding amount of PEG and the number of the layer on the ion storage capacity of V2O5porous film.V2O5multi-layer film was prepared by a sol-gel/magnetron sputtering composite method,the structures and properties of V2O5multi-layer films and V2O5porous films were compared and analyzed,in which the Li+transport kinetics were discussed.In magnetron sputtering processing,when the sputtering time was increased from2 h to 5 h,the number of V2O5grains deposited on the ITO glass surface increased,furthermore,the surface grains of V2O5layer sputtered 4 h significantly increased comparing with 3 h;when the annealing temperature increased from 300°C to 400°C,V2O5grains were uniformly distributed and densely arranged,which crystallized well.However the temperature reached 450°C,V2O5grains were unevenly distributed,meanwhile the crystalline property of V2O5layer becomes poor.The ion storage capacity and the visible light transmittance of V2O5layer was up to 26.312 m C/cm2and 85.68%when the sputtering time,the annealing temperature and the annealing time were 4h,400°C and 4 h,respectively.The sol-gel method was used to prepare the porous V2O5.With the increasing of the amount of PEG,the size and number of the pores on the surface of V2O5porous film greatly changed.When the amount of PEG is increased from 2 g to 8 g,the porosity increaseed from 43.2%to 59.6%;As the increasing of the number of thin film layers,the visible light transmittance decreased from 92.33%to 76.12%,and the storage capacity increased from 23.121 m C/cm2to 29.252 m C/cm2.Response surface experiment results that the significant order of the factors affecting the ionic storage of V2O5porous film is as follows:number of the film layers>PEG adding amount>heat treatment temperature.Ion storage capacity and the visible light transmittance was 30.635 m C/cm2and 81.77%when PEG amount,heat treatment temperature,the number of film layers was 5.64 g,273.49°C,2.33,respectively.V2O5multi-layered film was prepared by the sol-gel/magnetron sputtering composite method.The results of 50 cycles experiments showed that the storage capacity of V2O5film,V2O5porous film,and V2O5multi-layer film decreased by11.04%,8.46%,and 7.01%,respectively,and the cyclic stability of multi-layer film is the best.The ion storage capacity of V2O5multi-layer film is 28.796 m C/cm2,which is 13.32%and 3.63%higher than that of V2O5film and V2O5 porous film,respectively. |
