| Rapier loom has the advantages of high speed,high precision,strong adaptability and high degree of automation,which plays an important role in textile machinery.Rapier loom has five core mechanisms,among which beating-up mechanism is the most important one.The dynamic performance of beating-up mechanism restricts the improvement of rapier loom performance,loom efficiency and fabric quality.In this dissertation,the motion and dynamic characteristics of the conjugate cam beating-up mechanism of rapier loom are studied systematically.This dissertation analyzes the function,motion requirements and working principle of beating-up mechanism of rapier loom;analyzes the adaptability of beating-up mechanism to fabric types;selects the motion law of beating-up mechanism as sine cosine combination acceleration motion law,and deduces the general equation of main cam and vice cam contour curve by analytic method,and obtains the three-dimensional model of beating-up mechanism by using three-dimensional software parametric modeling.According to the Lagrange equation,the dynamic equation of the system is established,the numerical calculation is carried out by MATLAB,and the virtual simulation model of the mechanism is established by using ADAMS software.The results show that the trend of the two results is consistent,which proves the accuracy and correctness of the dynamic model established.The influence of different characteristic parameters on the dynamic performance of beating-up mechanism is analyzed.The beating-up resistance is introduced to analyze the impact of beating-up resistance on the dynamic performance of beating-up mechanism The influence of system dynamics.Three kinds of clearance models of motion pairs,including mass free bar model,spring damping model and three state motion model,are described.Based on the lankarani nikravesh collision force model,the relationship between impact force,collision deformation and time is analyzed.The beating-up mechanism model with impact force is simulated by ADAMS software,and the influence of different clearances on the dynamic performance of beating-up mechanism is analyzed In order to increase the stability of the system and reduce the vibration of the system,so as to improve the motion accuracy and prolong the service life of the loom,the clearance of the motion pair should be reduced as much as possible. |
