The textile industry is a traditional pillar industry in China's economy and an important civilian production industry.Its development is of great significance for promoting economic development,improving employment rate,increasing people's income and promoting harmonious social development.Ring spinning occupies the dominant position in China's spinning industry,and its development is also closely related to the twisting and winding form of ring spinning.The important factors restricting the rapid development of ring spinning are mainly ring and traveller system.The traveller is the key part of spinning,which plays an important role in the spinning section and the air ring section.The force and movement form of the traveller are very complex.The spatial travel state of the traveller has an important influence on the quality of the ring spinning,the breakage rate of the spinning,the use of the ring and the traveller,which plays a vital role in the comprehensive efficiency of the ring spinning frame.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the dynamic position variation of traveller in the process of ring spinning.Firstly,the twisting winding technology of ring spinning is analyzed,the twisting winding process and the winding forming rule of tube yarn are studied,and the relationship between the rotation speed of the traveller,the winding speed of the spinning thread and the spinning speed is obtained.The space rectangular coordinate system is established to express the law of the rise and fall speed of the ring plate and the change of the winding radius of the yarn on the bobbin in mathematical form.This paper analyzes the cause of the formation of the yarn balloon segment in the spinning process,and puts forward the influence and importance of the movement state of the traveller on the spinning process.Secondly,the spatial inclination state of the traveller is divided into three states: outer foot sinking,outer leg leading and overall forward tilting,and analyze the center of gravity of the traveller and the point of contact between the yarn and the traveller,and the relationship between the spatial coordinates of the two points and the three spatial tilt angles of the traveller.In order to obtain the three tilting angles of the traveller when it is rotating at high speed,the force on the traveller is analyzed: Considering the influence of air resistance and coriolis force on the balloon yarn,the force of the traveler is divided into three parts for analysis..The angle between each force and coordinate axis is solved by decomposing each force into space rectangular coordinate system.According to the principle of moment balance,the moment balance formula of traveller is established,and finally the change rule of three spatial inclination angles of traveller is obtained.Thirdly,in order to make the travel of the traveller smooth and reduce the influence of the traveller on the spinning process,the influence degree of the relevant parameters on the spatial travel state of the traveller,such as the weight of the traveller,the spindle speed and the radius of the ring,are analyzed.Based on this analysis,the paper puts forward how to design and select a more suitable traveller,and how to reduce the influence of the traveller on the spinning process.Finally,in order to test the accuracy and reliability of the mathematical model of the spatial travel motion of the traveller,based on the image processing and analysis technology,the high-speed rotation process of the traveller was photographed and tested.The high-speed camera is used to capture the moving image of the traveller when spinning.The image processing technology is used to extract the image feature points for analysis.The experimental data is compared with the space motion model of the traveler,and the reasons for the experimental error are analyzed and discussed.According to the analysis results,the theoretical model is optimized to improve the accuracy and reliability of the theoretical model.In this paper,the travel model of the traveller is optimized,the accuracy of the travel theory of the traveller is improved,and an accurate and reliable theoretical basis for the study of the travel state of the traveller in the ring spinning process is provided.It is of great significance to improve the yarn quality of ring spinning,reduce the yarn breakage rate,and design the use of steel ring and traveller systems.
