Research On Wind Power Development Strategy Of Beijing Jingneng New Energy Co., Ltd

Enterprise development strategy is the enterprise based on its future,in order to seek and maintain a lasting competitive advantage and make the global plan and strategy.Beijing Jingneng new energy Co.in 2009 as the newly formed national wind power generation enterprises,in the current wind power market and the rapid growth in the fierce competitive environment,continue to maintain a leading position in the industry,and constantly develop new projects,expand the profit point of growth,must undertake the enterprise strategic research,formulate a company development strategy.From a strategic point of view,Beijing Jingneng New Energy Co.was analyzed in this paper.The "PEST" method was used for analyzing the wind power industry development strategic environment,at the same time wind power industry development status and future trends were analyzed deeply;the "Michael Porter’s five forces model" analysis was used in the competitive environment that Beijing Jingneng New Energy Co.faced,the "Michael Porter’s Five Forces" diagram of wind power industry was also established;the internal resources and capabilities of Beijing Jingneng New Energy Co.was analyzed and evaluated,the advantages and disadvantages of Beijing Jingneng New Energy Co.were cleared;The "SWOT"analysis was used to evaluate the strategic position of Beijing Jingneng New Energy Co.,identifying the opportunities and threats of the company,determining the strategic positioning and strategic choice of Beijing Jingneng New Energy Co.;combined with the national wind power planning and the wind power resource distribution,making Beijing Jingneng New Energy Co.wind power development strategy.
