Along with the development of project management enterprise in China,project management enterprises made a significant social effect.However,there are many problems,restrict the development of the project management enterprise.The Inner Mongolia Yu Yang Project Management LTD has a great increase in the scale and gets top stair qualification,but the fierce competing makes it much challenges to meet.This article analyses the present situation of the company and the internal and external environment of it,then uses the SWOT analysis which developing strategy the enterprise should take.We conclude that Yu Yang Company has the advantages in employees,financial and management experience,but external environment competition is fierce and customers' recognition ability is poor which make it hard for company development.So it's high time that Yu Yang should expand the business scope by diversification,raise staffs' quality,strengthen cooperation or mergers and acquisitions etc.to realize the further development of the company.This article has a certain significance for making the develop strategy.
