| Why do some companies succeed in starting a business while others fail in business? Why are some construction companies able to prosper,grow bigger and stronger,and some construction companies have disappeared early? At present,many construction companies have jumped up and most of them have not been able to continue to develop steadily.Many companies are caught in various crises,and the survival and development of enterprises are not satisfactory.The sea sails to look at the lighthouse,the enterprise survives to look at the strategy,and the strategic management of the enterprise is like a beacon on the sea guiding the navigation of the ship.In view of the current overall macro environment or the survival and development within the enterprise,it is necessary for construction enterprises to fundamentally attach importance to strategic management,design strategies and conduct effective implementation and control.This study takes Zhengzhou BK Construction Company as the research object under the new era conditions,combined with the author’s own resume,literature materials,interviews and the knowledge of EMBA courses learned by the author,the macro environment and industry environment and internal resources of Zhengzhou BK Construction Company.Capacity,strengths,weaknesses,development opportunities and potential threats were analyzed.The research has achieved research results in many aspects:(1)Through the analysis of the resources and capabilities of Zhengzhou BK Construction Company,the tangible resources,intangible resources of Zhengzhou BK Construction Company and the marketing ability,financial capability and manpower of the company are clarified.Resource capacity and project operational capabilities.(2)Through the analysis of the macro environment and industry environment in which Zhengzhou BK Construction Company is located,the market environment and external conditions of Zhengzhou BK Construction Company are defined.Through the SWOT analysis method,the detailed and targeted analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Zhengzhou BK Construction Company was carried out.The internal characteristics of ZhengzhouBK Construction Company were clarified by analyzing the external market opportunities faced by Zhengzhou BK Construction Company and the external industry threats.(3)Based on the development stage of Zhengzhou BK Construction Company,its actual situation,external environmental characteristics,as well as advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,the focus strategy of Zhengzhou BK Construction Company was formulated.In addition,this study also proposes specific measures in three aspects: organizational structure and governance structure,project optimization operation and corporate culture to ensure the strategic implementation and control of Zhengzhou BK Construction Company to improve the entire strategic management system of Zhengzhou BK Construction Company.The relevant research conclusions of this paper are not only applicable to Zhengzhou BK Construction Company,but also have certain applicability to other new ventures in the construction industry,and even have certain guiding significance for the long-term healthy development of entrepreneurial enterprises in other industries. |
