Research On The Design Strategy Of Contemporary Center Operation Department In General Hospital

The contemporary medical and health undertakings are developing rapidly.As the most important part of the development and construction of modern general hospital,the central operation department is designed to integrate multiple specialties,which is extremely complex,comprehensive and developmental.In China,the construction of the operation department started late and the foundation is weak,so there are still a lot of design problems at the present stage.However,there are few systematic studies on the architectural design of the central operation department in China,especially on the current problems and the design strategies to meet the needs of The Times.How to design and construct a high standard central operation department has been an important topic that hospital managers and designers have paid much attention to.This paper takes the central operation department of the contemporary general hospital as the research object,uses literature research,field research and other methods,and systematically analyzes the development overview,basic design elements,functional processes and spatial organization of the central operation department,and finally proposes the design strategies of contemporary general hospital central operation department.The concept of the operating room originated from abroad,and developed from an early simple operating room,decentralized operating room,centralized operating room,and laminar flow clean type operating room to a digital integrated operating room.In comparison,the construction of the operation department in my country started late and the foundation is weak.This paper selects five domestic general hospitals’ central operation departments for investigation,questionnaires and interviews,and analyzes relevant data to summarize the current problems and deficiencies of the contemporary general hospitals’ central operation departments represented by the research hospitals,including the lack of prospective functional room configuration,inadequate medical staff’s streamline organization,inconvenient contact between the operation department and relevant departments,poor comfort,low flexibility,contradiction between reconstruction and expansion needs and existing space,low digital level,unscientific traditional design and construction process,which puts forward the design principles of comprehensive coordination,safety and economy,medical efficiency,sustainability,health and comfort.Based on domestic andforeign actual cases and design guidelines and other theoretical studies,a systematic analysis of the basic functional components of the central operation department,space scale,room grading,operating room and basic design elements of the necessary auxiliary rooms is carried out,and the central operation department is scientific Efficient general planning of the campus,basic streamline composition,functional process relationship,and spatial organization are summarized and discussed.Finally,based on the analysis of excellent cases at home and abroad,the design strategies of the central surgical department that meet the needs of the development of The Times are proposed: the interactive design of multi-dimensional intervention,the humanized design of health and comfort,the flexible design of sustainability and the intelligent operation department design of medical efficiency.It is hoped that this study can provide some guidance for hospital managers and designers engaged in the construction of operating room department in the future,and promote the development and perfection of relevant design theories.
