With the continuous development of modern manufacturing technology,the rolling linear guide pairs with guiding bearing function are more widely used.As an important part of the guide pair,the precision of the slider has a decisive influence on the performance of the product.Because of the special inner raceway structure and the limitation of the shape and size of the slider,the traditional detection method is difficult to meet the requirements.Laser detection technology has the characteristics of non-contact,high precision,high sensitivity and so on.It has greatly improved the precision and efficiency in the field of product detection.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to apply laser technology to the study of the profile of the inner raceway of the slider.In this paper,the scheme of measuring the inner raceway of the slide block by tilt laser sensors is studied.The precision measuring device for the inner raceway of the slider is designed.The main work is as follows:First of all,create the spatial measurement model based on the principle of tilt laser sensor scanning slider inner raceway,the derived results and measured data in shape surface precision rolling slider;considering the measurement error in the process of installation of the sensor,combining the measurement model derived error compensation algorithm,the correctness of the numerical solution of Matlab algorithm.On this basis,the corresponding fixture is designed and the high precision circular rod and slider are measured with the existing air flotation test bench.After the error compensation,the stability and accuracy of the measured data are analyzed,and the feasibility of the detection scheme is verified.Then,the accuracy of detection device design,including the completion of the measured slider installation,the precision requirement of distribution,transmission parts selection,detection functions,key components of the check content,and the preliminary design of the monitoring and control system for the follow-up of the hardware and software foundation.In view of the high cost of non contact measure and high demands on the environment,design the measurement based on the principle of steel ball contact,the precision detecting device of rolling contact type slider,and according to the simulation results of Adams software in the process of measuring ball and raceway contact process,complete the design and measurement method of the improved structure.Finally,the error model is established,the overall accuracy of the two detection devices is analyzed,and the two sets of programs are compared with the existing manual measurements,highlighting their respective advantages,so as to indicate the direction of the device’s production.
