Feasibility Study On Construction Of Gas Station In Rizhao Juzi Village

The main problems facing mankind in the 21 st century are the shortage of petroleum and other resources and the deterioration of ecological environment.Whether the sustainable development of national economy is directly affected by the adequacy of energy reserves or not,and the destruction of ecological environment directly affects human health.At present,China is in the stage of accelerating urbanization.The total amount of energy consumption is huge and rising year by year.The contradiction between supply and demand is becoming more and more prominent.Based on the basic theory and method of feasibility study,this paper chooses the construction project of Rizhao Zuizi Village Gas Station as the research object,and studies the construction conditions,geographical location,market forecast,project organization and management,investment estimation and financial evaluation,social benefit analysis and risk analysis of the project.Feasibility argumentation and analysis,draw a feasible conclusion of the construction project of Rizhao Zuizi Village Gas Station,lay the foundation for the project to achieve better economic and social value.By investigating the geographical location,infrastructure allocation,market analysis and so on around the gas station by qualitative method,the conclusion is drawn that the construction of the project conforms to the national industrial policy and the requirements of the 13 th Five-Year Development Plan of Rizhao City,and the project is necessary and feasible.Through quantitative methods,such as investment payback period,net present value of finance,profit and loss balance analysis,the financial evaluation of the project shows that the project is feasible.Through the qualitative method of social analysis and risk identification of the project,the study found that the project for Rizhao energy supporting facilities construction project,for the citizens and enterprises refueling,oil,gas to provide convenience,convenient for citizens to travel.After the completion of the project,the local tax revenue will be increased.At the same time,the project will increase the employment of 20 people and increase the income of the employees.At the same time,a series of risk prevention and control measures have been formulated aiming at the questioning and appeal of minority stakeholders to the problems that may arise from the project.As long as the measures are appropriate,the probability of risk occurrence is very small and controllable.In the operation of the project,strengthening the links with local governments and insisting on the implementation of risk prevention measures will not cause social risk problems.The project has remarkable social benefits,strong anti-risk ability and is feasible.
