If we say that the 20 th century to the beginning of the 21 st century is the era of rapid increase in the number of bridge construction, then a long period of time after the beginning of the 21 st century will be an important period for bridge maintenance and management. With the launch of China's "One Belt and One Road" policy, the country's investment in the construction of bridge projects will surely continue to increase, and the resulting bridge maintenance work will also become increasingly arduous. With the development of bridge maintenance management technology,it is worthwhile to look for a quick, efficient, visual, and intelligent bridge monitoring platform construction method. At present, for the various problems in the field of bridge management, the rapid construction method based on BIM bridge monitoring has become a new direction for bridge maintenance and management. In this paper, according to the characteristics of bridge monitoring and maintenance, based on the practical application of BIM technology in the field of bridge engineering, methods are studied from the perspective of theoretical methods and practical application of the project.Compared with traditional monitoring platforms based on artificial monitoring and conventional maintenance technologies, this method improves the efficiency and efficiency of maintenance management, saves costs, and has a more obvious effect on large-scale key bridge maintenance projects. It is a rapid construction of bridge monitoring platforms.Provide a new idea and method. Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to carry out the research on the quick construction method of BIM-based key bridge monitoring platform. The specific research content of this article mainly includes the following parts:First of all,it puts forward a new idea for the application of BIM technology in bridge maintenance management. The characteristics and deficiencies of the existing mainstay bridge maintenance monitoring are summarized and studied.Based on the characteristics and advantages of BIM technology,a new idea based on BIM technology in bridge maintenance management is proposed.Through the analysis of bridge monitoring and BIM application status in the field of roads and bridges, the necessity of building bridge monitoring based on BIM technology was pointed out.Secondly, the system framework based on BIM bridge monitoring platform was designed. On the premise of introducing the GIS overview,it proposes to take advantage of GIS+BIM,design the system framework based on the BIM bridge monitoring platform, and test and apply the platform design concept in combination with the actual bridge monitoring project.Once again, the rapid modeling of bridge scene 3D models and the parametric modeling of bridge components are realized. In order to realize the rapid construction of bridge monitoring platform, the use of tilt-based photography technology based on BIM-related software to achieve rapid modeling of three-dimensional bridge scene model, combined with the bridge monitoring characteristics and requirements,in the analysis of the fineness of the bridge BIM model construction On the basis of this,a parametric modeling method for bridge model components is explored to achieve rapid parametric modeling of bridge components. Finally,a bridge monitoring data management subsystem was developed. In order to realize the rapid construction of bridge monitoring platform, development and exploration of bridge monitoring data presented on the platform and storage and rapid update and inquiry methods were carried out,and a bridge monitoring data management subsystem was developed to realize information query of bridge monitoring model data.Modify, update, analyze and other functions.
