Research On Rain And Sewage Diversion Reformation Of Pipe Network In Longhua District, Shenzhen

In recent years,with the rapid development of urban construction,urban area is expanding,and urban soil sealing area increases accordingly,which has changed urban overland runoff and urban ecosystem and thus resulting in frequent waterlogging,causing great loss to the production and living of local citizens,and even posing a threat to their life safety.It seriously affects social harmony,stability and development.With rainwater and sewage diversion as the main theme,we investigated current status of sewage discharge and drainage pipe network in the Junzibu River basin by ways of field survey,literature research and case study,and found out a series of problems such as rainwater and sewage comfluence,misconnection and caous arrangement of pipeline,and disorderly construction and so on.By taking engineering economy,implementation difficulty,urban renewal sequence,landform,existing architecture distribution,local commerical formats and other factors into consideration,a detailed drainage pipe network placement scheme has been put forward after sesious research and comparison.In the scheme,he drainage pipe network is refined for each dorp,all new construction and reorganization and expansion are specified,so as to achieve rainwater and sewage diversion and sewage collection efficiently,reduce pollutant drained into the river,and increase sewage treatment percentage.The problems relating to urban underground drainage pipe network are dicussed,and factors leading to these problems,such as natural factors,human factors and scientific development factors,etc.,are deeply analyzed in this paper.We summarize the problems involved in water management of local government as follows: “ignoring underground engineering as compared with overground engineering”,“more construction,less management and maintainess”,“ paying more attention on officers’ records than real effects”,lacking long-term planning system,backward management system and so on.Implementation of both engineering measures and non-engineering measures,as pointed out in this paper,should be valued.The followings are advice for local water management:i)Thought patterns should be changed.That is,it is the use rather than discharge of rainwater that should be emphasized,so as to promote the exploring and practice of the concept of sponge city.ii)All aspects including plane layout,vertical elevation and the time sequence for construction should be in one construction organization design plan.Accordingly,all factors,especially prevention and control of ground collapse,geological environment,hydrological conditions,cross construction of surrounding buildings and structures,existing pipelines and other engineering and the like should be taken into account while implementing engineering.iii)Pay attention to the daily maintenance of pipe network.iv)Do a good job in project construction,maintenance and management of archival data management.v)To do a good job of land expropriation and demolition work,and ensure the orderly progress of the projectvi)Strengthen the ideological education publicity work,promote the whole people to participate in the network maintenance work.vii)The government accelerated the process of information management.
