Intelligent&Connected Vehicle industry has become a burgeoning development of the country in the next few years,and it cannot be underestimated about the prospects.The increasing enterprises began to enter the Intelligent Internet industry with its competition becoming more and more intensive.The iteration speed of technology updating of Intelligent&Connected Vehicle is very fast.For every enterprise,strong technical foundation is undoubtedly an important factor that decides that the enterprise can take the lead in introducing new products and winning the market.R&D personnel is an indispensable intermediate force for enterprises indeed.There is no doubt that a high-quality R&D team will play a key role in the company’s technological strength and product innovation.For a long time,most enterprises have applied the traditional job analysis method to recruitment,training and performance management,but with this traditional way,it is hard to meet the needs of the Intelligent&Connected Vehicle industry.In order to really improve the performance level of R&D personnel in this industry,it is necessary to make a scientific analysis and research on the factors that produce high-quality and good performance in combination with competency model,so as to further optimize and improve the human resources management of R&D personnel.After consulting the previous domestic and research literature from foreign scholars on competency and integrating with the current national manufacturing strategy and development trend,this paper decides to take the R&D personnel in the Intelligent&Connected Vehicle industry as the research object,to study the competency model and explore how to use the model in this industry for the practical application.This paper is divided into five parts:the theory part of competency model,the overview part of the status quo of the industries and groups being studied,the construction part of competency model,the practical application part of competency model and the conclusion of the theory.Firstly,the basic theory and current situation of competency are summarized and summarized.Firstly,the competency model of R&D personnel is analyzed by literature research method.Then,combined with the job description and professional interviews of R&D personnel in Intelligent&Connected Vehicle industry,the competency factors affecting R&D personnel’s high performance are preliminarily defined.Then the questionnaire is designed as a benchmark,and then several R&D personnel are endowed with being selected as research samples to carry out the questionnaire survey.With the help of statistical analysis software,data statistics and analysis are carried out.Finally,the competency model of R&D personnel in the intelligent network automotive industry is constructed accordingly.Through the research,seven factors affecting the competency of research and development personnel ofIntelligent&Connected Vehicle are professional growth,the spirit of change,team consciousness,dedication,positive optimism,environmental adaptability and sense of responsibility.According to this model,it can play a theoretical and practical significance in the recruitment,appointment,training and development,and performance management of Intelligent&Connected Vehicle and other industry enterprises.
