| In recent years,the theoretical research,technological innovation and applied research of China’s construction industrialization have received extensive attention and development,including the basic concepts,technical routes and standard systems of construction industrialization;Construction factory production technology,component connection technology and information technology;And from the layout of individual buildings to the overall building,involving the application of different building types such as residential,commercial,and industrial.However,compared with Western developed countries,domestic construction industrialization started late,and there are still problems such as uneven management and development level of construction industrialization in different regions,and large differences in the evaluation indicators of construction industrialization maturity at the macro level.Through the study of the concept,process and maturity of construction industrialization at home and abroad,the research scheme and technical route of urban building industrialization maturity research in line with China’s basic national conditions are determined.Firstly,after in-depth study of several classical maturity models and comparison of their gradient classification,main content,advantages and disadvantages,and scope of application,the project management maturity model(OPM3 model)was selected as the research model of urban building industrialization maturity.Secondly,according to the specific situation of China’s construction industrialization,following the principles of scientific,systematic,developmental,independent and quantifiable,the three dimensions of OPM3 model were optimized and improved,and 8first-level indicators and 27 second-level indicators in the construction industrialization maturity research were determined by expert interviews,and the reliability test of the collected questionnaire results was completed by using the Kronbach reliability analysis method.Thirdly,the analytic hierarchy method in the subjective empowerment method is used to quantify the results of expert scoring,determine the weight of first-level indicators and second-level indicators and the evaluation level standard of building industrialization maturity,and select the gray comprehensive evaluation method for comprehensive analysis,and finally form a building industrialization maturity evaluation system.Then,using the established evaluation system,the construction industrialization maturity of Jinan City was analyzed by example,including the basic situation of the city’s building industrialization and the maturity evaluation and analysis,and the results showed that the government policy support and supervision of Jinan City were good,but the industrial standardization of the specific implementation units of building industrialization such as design units and construction units needed to be improved.Finally,according to the evaluation conclusion of the city’s building industrialization maturity,the SWOT analysis of Jinan’s building industrialization is carried out,and the problems and bottlenecks in the development of building industrialization are found,and corresponding improvement measures are formulated: for example,corresponding optimization measures and suggestions are put forward for the promotion and adoption of advanced construction industrialization technology,expanding production scale,establishing standardized production processes,increasing policy support and investment,and improving market demand and recognition in the development of industrialization maturity.By constructing the maturity model of building industrialization,this thesis can evaluate the stage of building industrialization maturity of the city,comprehensively and objectively understand the development level and status of a city’s building industrialization,find the problems existing in the development process of urban building industrialization,and propose corresponding optimization measures.The building industrialization maturity model is an important tool in the development of building industrialization,which helps to evaluate and promote the development of building industrialization. |
