In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,many investment development companies have gradually increased their investment in fixed assets.However,the problems in the construction process are directly related to the company's future realization of the benefits,these issues involve more departments and links,such as asset acquisition,fund raising,cost operations,profit distribution and so on.Therefore,the optimization of internal control management of engineering projects is particularly important.This paper starts from the current situation of XS company's internal control management of engineering projects,from the perspective of company managers,using theoretical analysis and field survey methods to analyze the company's investment and construction projects.Based on the five-element theory and financial control theory of COSO internal control,this paper finds out the problems existing in the internal control management of XS company engineering project,that is,the internal control environment of the project is not sound enough,the risk assessment mechanism is missing,the internal control degree is not implemented,and the project information is asymmetric.Lack of internal audit supervision and so on.At the same time,it also studies the reasons for the deviation of XS internal control.It gives optimization plan for XS company internal control environment,risk assessment,control activities,information and communication,internal supervision and other five reasons.It is recommended that XS company build a good Internal control environment,improve the project risk assessment system,encourage the implementation of internal control activities,improve the smooth communication platform,and strengthen the supervision of internal audit institutions.Through a series of optimization programs,reduce construction costs,improve capital use performance,standardize operations,and improve company revenue.The completion of the construction of the project is inseparable from the internal control management of the company.This paper will focus on the improvement of the internal control management of the XS company's engineering project.It is hoped that the optimization plan developed in this paper will enable the company's managers to transform the internal control and management of the project as soon as possible.Thinking,from managing money to managing corporate value.The management should attach great importance to the problems found in the final accounts of the project and the audit report,study the causes of the problems,make solutions,standardize the project from the source,control the construction cost,improve the company's efficiency;improve the supervision and evaluation system of internal control execution,and pass the system.Control company risk.At the same time,the author hopes that the research in this paper can provide reference for similar internal control management of engineering projects.
