Research On Internal Control In The Construction Stage Management Of Engineering Projects

Since the reform and opening up, all walks of life in our country have been developing continuously. On the construction industry in China, its development is also very rapid. The development of the new rural construction, the promotion of China’s various projects, has greatly changed the face of urban and rural areas. It can be said, as one of the leading industries of the national economy, the continuous investment in the construction industry is directly related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood in China. So, in recent years, more and more experts and scholars on the management of engineering project in the construction stage, and the research and attention of the relevant subjects.In this paper, the engineering project construction phase management related documents and related engineering research and finishing, focusing on the project management in the construction phase of the internal control research, the study can be applied to the construction enterprises to explore the application of strong internal control system for reference, to solve the problem of internal control in the construction enterprise operation and the implementation of the project management process, in order to continuously improve the construction enterprise internal management control system, improve the quality of construction enterprises.In this paper, the project construction phase of the management of internal control research, put forward the construction process of China’s construction project exists low quality, violation of discipline and other serious harm to people’s lives and property safety issues, and through the internal control of the relevant theory of the original analysis, affirmed the internal control in the project construction process of the positive role, but also for the construction phase of the project management and management of internal control.
