Design And Development Of The Card Issuing Device Of The Subway Card-type Automatic Ticket Vending Machine

With the rapid development of urban rail transit system,AFC system has been widely used.As the core module of AFC system,ticket sales device plays an important role in the efficiency of AFC system.This article analyzes the functional requirements of the ticket issuing device as well as the advantages and limitations of the traditional device,then put forward a new working principle,and determine the mechanical system and control system overall program.The new device increases the card-issuing speed and increases the stability of the device.This article first introduced the working principle of the new device,and carried out the overall structure layout design of the ticket issuing device.In the mechanical structure design,I completed the design of the ticket box,ticket lift mechanism,cache box,scratch card module,transfer module and the waste box.I plotted the three-dimensional model of the part and completed the assembly of the device,making the first prototype of the device.Device added to the buffer zone,shortening the card issuing distance;Lifting system using wire rope for lifting,reducing costs;Scratch card module uses two scrapers to do circular motion,cancel the scraper empty return stroke,increased scraping speed,reducing the damage to the ticket card;The floating design of the scratch card module and the transfer module solves the problem of a sticky ticket card.Then,we use the method of finite element analysis in ANSYS Workbench to compare and analyze the force and deformation when the ticket card and the scraper contact each other among the four kinds of scraper devices,and verify the advantages of scraper device and scraper structure designed in this paper.Then the design of the device control scheme was carried out,introduces the control object of the device,analysis the control flow of device self-check,reset,ticket sale and emptying of ballot boxes.Also carried out the cache area by-ticket,temporary area replacement ticket,read-write area replacement ticket,write ticket card sub-process control analysis.Finally,analyze the problems that arise in the process of prototype design,processing,installation,and debugging.
