| Green building is the concept of sustainable development on the specific application in the field of construction,the development of Chinese green building has the pilot entered the stage of promoting the central and local governments have issued a variety of policy,but progress is still not optimistic,the green building development,help to improve the policy system of green building,to achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction and environmental protection policy.Taking the green building development of S city as the research object,this paper starts from the origin,definition and development guiding theory of green building,and makes a detailed analysis of the green building development experience of Britain,America and Japan.In the green building related research status at home and abroad were reviewed and summarized,on the basis of analysis of S city,the existing problems in the development of green buildings include: policies and regulations system is not sound,propaganda work does not reach the designated position,green building technology research and development and application of low level,lagging development of the green building assessment,government supervision level is low.According to the study found that problem,combined with the green building related basic theory,from the policy,society and technology,the evaluation,the regulators in the face of the factors affecting the development of green building,improvement and optimization,according to the various factors affecting the development of S city green building,formulated the effective solution,concrete implementation and optimization through these aspects: establishing perfect green building laws and regulations system,through various ways and channels to promote green building,green building technology research and development ability and research achievements of application level,establishing and perfecting the evaluation index system of green building,strengthening government supervision,etc. |
