The thesis is devoted to studying and analyzing the latest trends in architecture, cities of the world boundary XX-XXI centuries, and the impact of global practices in architectural forms. The object of study in the thesis is architectural projects, existing buildings as well as spatial art experiences that reflect an innovative search and new approaches.Main trends of architecture were analyzed in the projects of construction companies. At present we can say that the big city is urbanized:urban sprawl, population employed in industry, and this discrepancy rate of housing construction resulted in the compaction of building, high-rise buildings, the inevitable destruction of greenery. The problem of high population density in cities has led to environmental pollution. Precautions and Environment was established with the concept of sustainable development.Green building is the future direction and the main trend in architecture. Development of new architectural forms cannot be without historical and cultural heritage of mankind is incorporates creativity. In the culture, system architecture takes place at the intersection of material, spiritual and artistic culture. The architecture defines a foundation philosophy of society for the construction of new buildings of architectural form requires attachment of many funds. Green building requires major funding and can only develop in economically stable countries. Transformation of the space using, the latest technologies and materials, uniting environmental quality, energy efficiency, aesthetic perception and protection from negative environmental influences on a person, which meets all modern requirements.Green building can significantly reduce material and resource requirements and all kinds of waste and pollution in cities and other populated areas and, therefore, is as much to reduce the damaging effects of civilization on the biosphere.
