Research On The Planning And Architectural Design Of Collective Elderly Care Facilities In Mutual-aid Villages And Towns

Population aging is one of the major social problems that need to be solved urgently in today's world.With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,a large number of young rural adults born in the 1980 s and 1990 s enter cities and become workers in big cities,while the elderly generally live alone in rural areas,leading to an increasing number of empty nesters.Due to the rapid increase of the aging of rural population in China and the limited pension resources in rural areas,the elderly pension problem is becoming more and more serious,which has become a social concern in recent years.The traditional land pension,self-pension and family pension models can no longer meet the needs of the development of economic and social pension in the new era.The party and government attach great importance to these conditions,and have revised and issued a number of measures to deal with rural pension,especially the "empty nest" crisis.In the current situation of the urgent need to improve rural pension facilities and architectural design,rural pension as the key and difficult point of social pension,carrying out relevant rural pension theory research is of great significance.Under the above background,this paper based on the existing rural endowment trouble,in order to better meet the demand of new era rural endowment as a starting point,based on the new model of pension,collaborative endowment,explore collaborative village collective pension facilities planning and architectural design,the principle and method for the rural elderly to create a good living environment.Based on the rural collective mutual pension planning and architectural design as research subject,through the analysis of the research of henan three cases of mutual county(city)support,combined with the elderly physiological needs,psychological demand and the demand for residential environment,etc.,and combining the theory of elderly residential architectural design and specification,environment arouse theory,such as human body engineering subject knowledge to carry out the research.Firstly,a large number of domestic and foreign literature materials related to rural old-age care were collected,and cases of rural old-age care at home and abroad were studied,and their architectural design theories and practical design experiences were used for reference.Combined with the background of the aging of rural population in China and relevant policies,this paper puts forward the planning ideas and architectural design concepts of collective old-age care facilities in villages and towns.This paper summarizes the construction process,existing problems and main factors affecting the construction of oldage care facilities in villages and towns,and proposes planning and architectural design methods based on the actual construction situation of old-age care facilities in villages and towns.Then representative of henan area rural mutual happiness courtyard field investigation,analysis of rural old-age facilities planning and architectural design of the existing problems,and the village the old,the questionnaire survey to analysis rural elderly people use demand for rural endowment facilities and living environment,put forward specific solutions and design points.Finally,the development of collective mutual assistance for the aged in villages and towns is prospected.At the same time,combined with practical cases,the proposed planning and architectural design concepts are used to make an optimization plan.So as to provide a certain reference value for the construction of rural mutual support for the aged.
