Population had predicted2012-2013Blue Book is the peak of China’s aging population, will enter a period of rapid growth after causing the family pension fewer and fewer resources available, the main burden of family members increased, becoming social progress and human survival negative factors, is expected to2040, China’s population aged over65is expected to exceed20%of the total proportion. Currently, age, disability, and the proportion of chronically ill elderly empty nest jumped trends are showing that the related problem of inadequate facilities gradually highlight; affected early family planning policy, elderly people living alone and childless also occupy a certain proportion, have prompted our pension issues have deep thinking. From supporting the construction of real estate development of pension and pension architectural point of view, have shown that this problem has been a lot of attention, but from the point of view of social practice, it is mostly still stuck in the " on paper."
