Research And Practice Of Localized Design Strategies For Rural Public Buildings

Despite the vigorous rural reconstruction activities such as the beautiful countryside plan and the construction of characteristic towns,some villages in China are still threatened by urbanization and homogenization.After some Taiwanese architects put forward the concept of architectural geochemical design in an attitude of resisting urbanization,a wave of rural architectural geographic design practice has been set off in the Mainland.Nevertheless,the theoretical research on geochemical strategies is still incomplete.In view of the specific design scope of rural public buildings,based on the relevant social research,this paper first gives a clear explanation of the related concepts of rural public buildings and localization from a theoretical point of view,and summarizes the development and evolution of domestic rural public buildings.Through literature research on the concept and characteristics of localized architecture,this paper illustrates the differences between localized architecture and traditional rural construction concepts such as regionalism architecture,critical regionalism architecture,vernacular architecture and new vernacular architecture,and highlights the practical significance of localized design in line with contemporary rural construction and transformation.Afterwards,four different types of rural public buildings.Then,the article puts forward three strategies of geochemical design.The purpose and significance of this study is to sort out the theory of rural architectural design in the field of contemporary architecture.Through the study of geochemical theory and related status quo,this paper explores the inspiration of geochemical design for rural public architecture design,and explores new opportunities and possibilities of rural public architecture design through the analysis of practical activities of local construction.The purpose and significance of the research is to sort out the theory of rural architectural design in the field of contemporary architecture,analyze the practical experience of contemporary architects in the field of local design,summarize the guiding ideology of rural public buildings in geochemical design,and put forward the strategy of geochemical design,so as to play a theoretical guiding role in the future rural public architectural design.
