Research On The Innovation Of Student Management Mode Of Qingdao Ocean Shipping Vocational College From The Perspective Of Competence

With the proposal of building a “maritime power” strategy,the country has already raised the development of the maritime industry to the position of national strategy.As a specialized college for cultivating maritime professionals,maritime colleges play a leading and fundamental role in the construction of maritime powers.As a vocational college that trains marine professionals,Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College has its speciality and needs to pay more attention and discussion.With the continuous deepening of education reform,the traditional management model is difficult to meet the demand for high-quality talents in the international shipping market.Based on this,this paper combines the reality of the student management model of Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College,and takes the competency model as the theoretical basis of the research,and proposes a new mode of student management of Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College based on the competence quality.This article is divided into four parts.The first part defines the relevant concepts,management objectives and management responsibilities of student management in maritime colleges.Explain the connotation of the competency model,and extract the characteristics of seafarers' professional competence through the form of interviews and investigations.The second part briefly introduces the current mode of student management of Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College.Through the research method of questionnaire survey,the main problems of student management in Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College are studied.The traditional student management system is difficult to meet the needs of students in the new era.The student management team is difficult to meet the needs of students' growth;students have resistance to semi-military management;the quality of maritime professionals is not high.And seriously analyze its causes.The third part analyzes the successful experience of the student management model of maritime colleges at home and abroad,and explores the entry point of combining with the student management mode of Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College.The fourth part puts forward the suggestions on the innovation of student management mode of Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College based on the cultivation of competency,constructs the student management system centered on the cultivation of competency and quality,and connects the international standards to construct the student management system documents.The requirements of the Maritime Organization(IMO)and the Ministry of Communications for shipping talents must be based on the ISO9000 standard and DNV Norwegian Classification Society audit requirements;improve the talent training model with the core of competency quality as the core,from the maritime "double certificate education",values Education,mental health education,employment guidance,and “Second Classroom”,improve the maritime and versatile ability of maritime students;optimize the construction of student management team with the cultivation of competency and quality,and build a firm and proficient business.The student management team with excellent style;adheres to the semi-military management culture construction oriented by the cultivation of competency and quality,innovates the new semi-military management model,and creates a new situation of self-management for students based on the “student teaching team”.Effectively solve the problems existing in the current mode of student management in Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College and improve the quality of student management.
