Research On Improvement Measures Of TT Company's Chengdu Subway Fire Protection Engineering Quality Management

The quality of the foundation for the survival and development of the enterprise.The quality of the protection project of Chengdu metro is an important guarantee for the life and property of the people who take the subway.With the development of society,people have put forward higher demands for subway engineering.In order to meet the demands and increase the durability and stability of the project,TT company has formulated targeted quality management improvement measures to further improve the project.According to the quality status of fire engineering in Chengdu metro,six research methods and methods,namely fishbone diagram method,flow chart method,case analysis method,total quality management method,questionnaire survery method and comprehensive innovation management are mainly applied.This paper finds out the existing problems and analyzes the causes,and finds that the traditional quality management system cannot be fully applied to the large-scale,multi-category and high-standard modernization project like metro.It is necessary to carry out refinement of engineering links and quantitative improvement of process quality management.Meanwhile,high-tech and high-skilled computer simulation experiment and BIM technology should be introduced into engineering quality management control to achieve more efficient pri-control and solve engineering quality problems.In fact,these quality management improvement measures are guaranted by enterprises,industries and society in terms of software and hardware.It complies with the development trend of productivity,has the practicability and operability,and aims to improve the engineering quality,establish the enterprise brand image,and improve the enterprise internal quality control standard higher than the peers.
