As the main body of national infrastructure construction, municipal engineering projects have the characteristics of one-off and one-piece construction. In the process of implementation, large amount of construction, tight schedule, and sophistication of dismantling as such undetermined factors could be given rise to project risks, which exist anytime in the course of construction, hence risks management shall be definitely the very content of paramount significance. Therefore,in case of being an outstanding leader in the construction industry, one should have the capability to analyze and deal with risks. At present, the company managers have the idea of risk prevention and control, but the management concept is still around the general engineering management, lacking of innovation management and modernization.Management thought, not to employ TQC as the leading management philosophy. Therefore, the current project risk management compared with foreign mature enterprises: lack of foresight and judgment, lack of advanced risk management technology analysis,in the management of project management department, there is no systematic risk management process. For group companies, project risks have brought a lot of economic losses to enterprises, affected the reputation of enterprises in the field of industry, and even brought bad effects to the development of regional economies. How to optimize the risk management process when the loss caused by the project risk is increasing? How to implement the market with more systematic management of political projects? How to rebuild the project risk management system? And so on many questions have become one of the important contents in the field of industry and academic research. It is true that these for the implementation of safe operation of the project, the development of the comprehensive interests of the group is undoubtedly good.Based on the experiences and lessons of the author in the municipal engineering project management of SCEGC Mechanized Construction Group Company for many years, this paper systematically discusses and analyzes the present situation and problems of the risk management of the municipal engineering project in the SCEGC Mechanized Construction Group Company. The risk management factors of Zixia Third Road Municipal Project are analyzed in stages and levels. In addition, the risk stage and process integrated management model of SCEGC Mechanized Construction Group Company Municipal Project can also be built.Combining the risk of each stage of the project with the risk process management, the overall process design is carried out. Then, the company is established from four aspects: risk planning, risk identification, risk assessment and risk control. The risk process management system of municipal engineering project, from the establishment of the main body responsibility in the project risk management, what kind of organizational structure should be adopted, what risk management mode should be adopted, and how to identify the risk in the process of its implementation.Only by analyzing risk, evaluating risk, controlling risk, can we influence the better management of risk in the group company.Only by controlling risk, can relevant personnel be analyzed and counted. The risk process management system of the municipal engineering project of the group implements the research and development route of risk analysis, risk identification, risk assessment and risk control. In addition, taking Zixia Third Road Municipal Engineering Project as an example, this paper analyzes the municipal engineering construction project.Risk management makes us more intuitive, clearer analysis and understanding, and then give full play to the economic significance of engineering risk management.
