Research On Key Technologies Of Aerospace Power Distribution Device Communication System

With the development of spacecraft technology,the amount and types of data transmitted and processed by spacecraft are increasing.In order to adapt to the development trend of space communication technology,the application of CCSDS protocol in data transmission of space distribution equipment can effectively remedy the limitation of traditional PCM telemetry fixed format,and can meet the complex and changeable data source transmission needs on the satellite.Firstly,this paper investigates the application of CCSDS protocol and the development of distributors at home and abroad.It briefly discusses the basic principles and advantages of CCSDS protocol.By analyzing the functions and structures of distributors,it determines the basic functional requirements of the communication system of distributors for telemetry acquisition,transmission,receiving and parsing of remote control instructions.In this paper,the key technology of large data transmission in the system is studied.The source package structure of CCSDS protocol is adopted,and the data is sorted out and divided according to the function.Seventeen source package types are designed.Aiming at the key technology of source packet transmission,1553 B bus is used to communicate,and the accurate transmission of source packet is completed by improving the three parts of communication scheme: time synchronization,communication synchronization and data block transmission.In this paper,the key technologies for the possible faults in the running state of the system are studied,and the system is monitored.The health words representing the running state of the system are set up.At the same time,after many experiments,the important data recovery function and abnormal event reporting function are designed successfully.This function enables the system to recover important data quickly when it is initialized,and to report the failure independently when the system fails,and take corresponding measures on its own.Using CCSDS protocol to communicate with the ground in spacecraft communication system can satisfy the trend of large data,high speed and high efficiency in the future development of space communication technology.It provides an important reference for the future development of domestic spacecraft data communication field,and also makes the future spacecraft distribution equipment better internationalized.
