Research On Residential Differentiation In Urban Fringe Areas From The Perspective Of Spatial Justice

Residence is one of the main functions of the city,and the spatial layout of the residential area has an important impact on the sustainable development of the city.With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous expansion of urban space,the living space structure in the fringe area of Xi'an has been significantly adjusted,and the phenomenon of residential space differentiation has become increasingly obvious.The living space has caused problems such as fragmentation of urban space and uneven distribution of social resources,which has affected social stability.Therefore,research on the differentiation of living space in the marginal areas of Xi'an has become the focus.Based on the theory of spatial justice,the paper uses spatial analysis,statistical analysis and field research to demarcate the spatial extent of the marginal area of Xi'an,and discusses the status and characteristics of the differentiation of living space in the marginal area.Then build the urban edge under the community system.The district living space structure fairness evaluation index system evaluates the fairness of the living space structure in the social area and proposes corresponding optimization suggestions.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The core of living space in the edge area of Xi'an is in the center of the city,and the future development direction is northeast and southwest.The residence of the Longshou original residence circle in the north and the Hujiamiao residential circle in the east has the highest density;the high-tech residential area in the southwest and the university town residential area in the southern suburbs have a higher density;the Qujiang residential area in the southeast and the North Second Ring Road The Zhangjiabao residential circle,the Tumen residential circle in the west,and the Taihua Road residential area in the northeast have medium density;the third bridge residential area in the west and the textile city residential area in the east have lower residential density;the residential price is moderately priced.The number of residential areas is the highest,and the number of residential areas with higher and lower prices is relatively small;residential types are classified into four types.The differentiation characteristics of residential space in the fringe area of Xi'an are characterized by the more marginalized trend of residential areas;the multi-center distribution of middle and high-end residential areas and the marginalization of middle and low-end residential areas;the social stratum differentiation characteristics are consistent with the status of residential space differentiation;the degree of differentiation between regions gradually deepened.(2)Through the investigation and research and data analysis of the residential area in the edge area of Xi'an,it is considered that the community system in the marginal area of Xi'an is relatively complete;the area with high community system availability is the Qujiang high-grade community and mixed development community.The south city colleges and universities cultural and educational residential areas and urban units have lower availability;the low-income housing types are insufficient;the high-income housing areas are severely isolated;the public resources are unevenly allocated.(3)Improve the fairness of urban residential differentiation by impartially arranging urban resources.According to the positive effects of community service differentiation in living space,it is recommended to strengthen the construction of community service functions to improve residents' sense of belonging;to propose a mixed living measures to expand the space for residents to cross the space for differentiation;The public resources between them,improve the policy system,establish a three-in-one housing security system to alleviate the lack of resources of vulnerable groups,and improve the value of land use;for the negative effects such as the gray landscape belt,through planning and regulation to improve the development level of low-income communities Improve the city landscape.
