Cloud Manufacturing is a new Internet-based and Service-Oriented intelligent manufacturing pattern.This pattern integrates and develops the existing information manufacturing technology,which embodies the concept of manufacturing as a service.The design pattern in the cloud manufacturing environment is based on design as a service(DaaS),ing various design resources into design services and providing users with on-demand design services.This design pattern mainly works in the form of distributed,concurrent and collaborative,which greatly reduces the cost and shortens the design cycle.However,with the rapid change of product functional requirements and the gradual increase of product design complexity,the design process in cloud manufacturing environment also needs dynamic changes.At the same time,the more and more data information and complex design process make product design process difficult to control.In order to adapt to the dynamic change of the design process under this mode and to control efficiently,the main research contents include:(1)By comparing and analyzing the existing product serial and parallel design modes,considering the characteristics of cloud manufacturing environment,the collaborative design mode in cloud manufacturing environment is proposed.(2)Based on the analysis of product design business process in cloud manufacturing environment,the boundary of product design business process is established through Hall three-dimensional structure.The product maturity level based on Hall three-dimensional structure is proposed,and a general product maturity model is established to form the design process model.(3)Based on product maturity model,a four-dimensional structure of collaborative design in cloud manufacturing environment is constructed.The relationship between design stages in cloud manufacturing environment is analyzed.Based on four-dimensional structure of collaborative design,the collaborative product design process is modeled by using object Petri nets.The object Petri nets are used to describe the design stages and their relationships.Two typical coupled design processes are modeled and analyzed.(4)In view of the complex relationship between different design stages in cloud manufacturing environment,the relationship between them is established by quantifying the work schedule of the design stage,and the collaborative control between the design stages is proposed.According to the collaboration characteristics of different specialties and meta-model,a collaboration method of design specialty based on factory mode is proposed to ensure that design specialty in each design stage can carry out design tasks efficiently.Based on the collaborative situation of design specialty,two collaborative control methods of design specialty based on small amount of objective statistical analysis and fuzzy theory are proposed.(5)Based on the above theoretical research,combined with the actual design process,the main elements and functional requirements in the design process are analyzed.Through the basic structure of MVC,a collaborative design cloud platform in B/S mode is developed,which provides a solution for the rapid development of products.
