The introduction of mandatory national standards makes Tire Pressure Monitoring System more and more important.Therefore,this paper studies some modules of tire pressure monitoring system and battery-less tire pressure monitoring system.Firstly,the design and verification of wide temperature domain CMOS temperature sensor are completed.By comparing the temperature measuring principles of common semiconductor temperature sensors in the market,the design method of integrated(IC)temperature sensor is finally determined.This design adopts the characteristic of linear relation with temperature.The CMOS temperature sensor consists of analog part and digital part.The simulation results show that the temperature test function is basically realized.This design still adopt the group 0.35 mum,single measuring time of 2.1ms,precision reached plus or minus 3?,the current range between 34.3?58.0mu A,for-50?150? temperature range,voltage range is 2.0?4.8V,through the analysis of simulation results,the basic design to meet the requirements of the TPMS for temperature measurement.Secondly,the over-voltage protection circuit is designed to improve the reliability of the TPMS chip according to the abnormal situation that the load voltage is too high which is easy to happen in the running process of the TPMS chip.To design good overvoltage protection circuit are simulated,in-40?125? temperature range,the voltage is less than 15 V,under the condition of threshold voltage from 4.30 V to 6.41 V,the threshold voltage error less than 32.91%,the working current in 0.92 mu A?4.58 mu A,through the simulation results,the basic design to meet the requirements of the TPMS for over-voltage protection.In addition,this paper also completed the sp30-based active TPMS tire monitoring module and the central receiving module software preparation,according to the specific application requirements,through the assembly language design IT/LT wake up.After waking up,the tire monitoring module and the central receiver module enter normal operation mode.The wireless communication between the tire monitoring module and the central receiving modoule USES a fixed number of data frames.In addition,the passive TPMS has also been studied,and the conclusion that the central receiving module and communication protocol are consistent with the active TPMS in addition to different power supply modes is drawn.
