As the key information technology of architectural industrialization,Building Information Model(BIM)has a great impact on the construction industry by changing the traditional extensive mode of production in the construction industry.In order to improve the acceptance rate of BIM technology,the central and local government departments have issued relevant policies to promote the development of BIM technology in China.However,in addition to the adoption and use of BIM technology by large construction enterprises,the BIM adoption rate of small and medium-sized construction enterprises(SMCEs)is low.Based on this background,this paper attempts to find out the factors that affect the willingness to BIM adoption in SMCEs,and to investigate the mechanism of influencing factors.According to the research results of this research,from the three different dimensions of SMCEs,BIM technology providers as well as the government,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the willingness of BIM adoption in SMCEs.The main research in this paper is as follows:(1)On the basis of the discussion on the concept of the SMCEs and the BIM technology,the relevant literature on the willingness to BIM adoption is analyzed,and the relevant theoretical basis adopted by the information technology is introduced.(2)Construct the research model of influencing factors of adoption intention.Based on Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)and Technology-Organization-Environment Model(TOE),a theoretical model based on perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived cost,use attitude,subjective norms,organizational factors and adopt intention is constructed,and the hypothesis of this paper is proposed.(3)Screen the key influencing factors of adoption intention and construct the evaluation index system of adoption intention.Based on the existing research and field investigation,combined with the characteristics of SMCEs and BIM technology,the influencing factors of BIM technology adoption willingness of SMCEs are sorted out and screened,and then the evaluation index system of adoption willingness is constructed.(4)Empirical research.The questionnaire is designed and collected.The reliability and validity of the survey data are tested by SPSS20.0.The data after the test are imported into AMOS20.0 to estimate the parameters of the theoretical model of this paper.Based on the results of parameter estimation,the model modification and path analysis are carried out,and the research assumptions are verified according to the empirical results of the final theoretical model.In order to improve the willingness to BIM adoption in SMCEs,some suggestions are put forward.
