Research On Design Of Homestay For The Health Care In Rural Complex

With the gradual increase of the elderly population and the improvement of the spending power of the elderly in China,the demand of the elderly for rural health vacation is gradually rising.Under the development mode of industrial integration of rural complex,the rural industrial structure and planning mode are constantly changing,which has a new impact on rural health vacation from the perspective of urban and rural coordinated development and rural revitalization and development.Under the influence of rural complex construction and health vacation,B&B,as the basic unit of rural complex health industry,integrates the development of rural production,life and ecology,constructs a health industry development system under the integration of three industries with health community,and inherits and develops the development of local culture.In this paper,the development model of rural complex is taken as the research background,and the homestay with healthy vacation is taken as the research object.Under the development trend of urban-rural integration and industrial integration,and the realistic demand of innovative development of healthy way,the design method of healthy residential accommodation with realistic guiding significance is expected.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance of the paper,introduces the concepts of related terms in the paper,and formulates the research framework of the paper according to the research logic of the paper.The second part is basic research,including basic theoretical research and correlation research.The basic theoretical research mainly focuses on the related literature research of rural complex and health homestay,analyzes the characteristic composition of rural complex and health homestay,and analyzes the development trend and characteristics of homestay through case study of related homestays;According to the characteristics of rural complex and the study of“Productive-Living-Ecological” community,the correlation study establishes the“Productive-Living-Ecological” structural framework,analyzes the function characteristics of B&B in it,and discusses the development focus and positioning of B&B under the integration and development of health industry,which provides a basis for the architectural design of health residential quarters.The third part is the study of design strategies and methods,including architectural design strategies and methods.In the previous development focus and positioning,according to the characteristics of rural complex and case homestay,the design principles are put forward,and the design strategy of rural complex healthy residential accommodation is put forward from four aspects: site selection,humanistic ecology,health care and residence;In the part of design method,under the guidance of strategy,the design method is put forward for the scale type,planning orientation,and the indoor recreation space,living space and supporting service space of the building.The fourth part is the project demonstration.Combined with the rural complex project in Huilongpu Town,Ningxiang,under the project planning,the feasibility and practical guiding significance of the design method are verified through the neighborhood space design,reconstruction and newly-built design of the single building homestay,and some enlightening suggestions are also provided for the rural complex health residential building in other areas.
