Due to the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s income level and travel mode have also changed,followed by the increasing number of motor vehicles,and this phenomenon is reflected in the university campus will bring serious campus traffic problems,increase the pressure of campus parking capacity,interfere with the normal order of campus life.Based on the new campus of jinan J university as the research object,through the way of gathering the data of field survey and research analysis about the present situation of university of jinan J parking,found the related questions of the current campus traffic,parking,according to the specific condition of J of jinan university to determine the size of the construction of the campus parking lot,and put forward the construction of the campus parking lot related concrete construction plan,from the Angle of school construction investment in different parking lot construction scheme to calculate cost estimates,applied the method of sensitivity analysis discussed under different construction conditions,the parking lot construction factors on construction cost estimate the sensitivity of the increase and decrease,Therefore,the choice of university parking lot construction scheme can not only meet the demand of campus parking,but also make the optimal choice from the economic factors.This study not only has certain practical significance for jinan J university to improve the current situation of parking on campus and optimize the parking environment on campus,but also provides certain reference for the determination of the scale of parking lots on campus and the selection of parking lot construction plans from the economic perspective.The thesis mainly includes the following parts:The first part(questions raised)is the introduction(the first chapter),which introduces the background and significance of the topic selection of the paper,summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant research status,obtains the research method and framework of the paper,and defines the research object and scope.The second part(analyzing the problem)is second chapter and third chapter.The second chapter puts forward the ideological principles of campus parking lot construction,and through the research on the types of campus parking lot construction and the factors affecting the construction,puts forward the standard and basis for determining the parking lot construction program.The third chapter makes an in-depth analysis of the parking situation of ji ’nan J university,conducts a detailed investigation of the parking situation on campus roads and campus sites,and analyzes the causes of parking problems to provide a realistic basis for improving the parking environment on campus.The third part(problem solving)is fourth chapter and the fifth chapter.The fourth chapter estimates the scale of parking lot construction in jinan J university by using two methods: the estimation of college parking construction index and the estimation of campus parking demand.According to the construction scale,the 54 specific construction plans for the parking lot of ji ’nan J university are defined,and the estimated cost value of these 54 construction plans is calculated.Fifth chapter through to the different parking lot construction scheme for the construction of the type of cost estimate the influence of sensitivity analysis,slope,from an economic point of Suggestions to the choice of parking lot construction schemes,make parking lot construction scheme in the campus parking demand,on the basis of cost expenses and to select the corresponding optimization.
