Research On The Demand And Standard Of Urban Construction Of Lift Garage Parking Facilities

With Chinese national economic development,Chinese living standard improve constantly,Large and medium-sized cities' uebanization process constantly,as well as the expansion of vehicle ownership,the parking demand in traffic jam area increase constantly.Large public parking facilities are the main ones in the public parking demand,with the shortage of urban land,lift garage facilities develop quickly in selected area.Firstly,this paper based on the analysis of present condition of urban parking,focusing on current situation and changchun large public parking problem,excavate the construction and planning of changchun city statistical analysis,research from he public parking behavior and psychological(questionnaire,interview,archives research),to city large-scale public parking stereoscopic facilities and parking standards.Secondly,the research can alleviate the traffic and parking pressure around large public buildings in cities,guide the construction of lift garage facilities in cities,intensify the land in central areas of cities,and advocate the development and operation of lift garage facilities in cities.This article research the development of lift garage parking,combined with the case about large public lift garage parking facilities,as well as to the parking demand forecasting model,compares the type and suitability of judgment,reasonable predict Changchun's large public parking demand.Finally,for the future of the city's large number of parking space for public demand forecasting,changchun large-scale public need parking facilities.Based on the comparison and reference of domestic and foreign standards for lift garage facilities,this research proposes the standards for large-scale public lift garage facilities in Changchun according to the national standards for parking facilities.Based on the analysis of the planning principles and layout supply of large-scale public parking facilities in changchun,this research proposes the site selection and layout of large-scale public parking facilities in changchun.Finally,the research briefly describes the management and operation of advanced lift garage facilities,and looks forward to the future implementation of large-scale public buildings with lift garage facilities in changchun.
