| With the improvement of low energy consumption,environmental protection and safety requirements in the automobile industry,a series of key core parts such as engine and transmission will also upgrade the technology.GFx automatic transmission in line with the development trend of the automotive industry,its core components component products will have a broad market development prospects.The technical transformation project of GFx automatic transmission shift mechanism of Shanghai transportation company has the characteristics of large investment,long construction period and many uncertain factors,etc.The post-evaluation of this technical transformation project is of practical significance for summarizing experience,finding problems,timely adjustment and correction.Theory,in this paper,based on project evaluation to GFx automatic transmission shift institutions technical transformation project as the object,from the pre-project post-evaluation,implementation and running post-evaluation,impact and sustainability post-evaluation from three dimensions,using comparative method,success degree method,causal analysis,the technical renovation project of post-evaluation.By using causal analysis method to analyzes the preliminary work of the project from the following three aspects: feasibility study,decision-making procedure and bidding,and holds that the risk estimation of the project in the feasibility report is insufficient and the foresight is insufficient,which leads to the problem of high material and energy consumption in the actual production.The comparative method is used to analyze the economic benefit index value in the evaluation after implementation and operation,and the conclusion that the project is profitable is drawn.By using the success degree method to score the three indicators of environmental impact,sustainable development and social impact,it can be concluded that the project impact and sustainability are good,which can increase the competitiveness of enterprises.Through the post-evaluation,it is also found that the project has many problems,such as many changes in construction drawings,high energy consumption of raw materials,and insufficient risk estimation.In view of these problems,it is put forward that the localization of raw material resources should be considered as a whole to ensure the supply of raw materials.Reduce material loss;Adopt imported equipment,strengthen project management and other countermeasures and Suggestions. |
