With the increasingly prominent problems of environmental pollution,electric vehicles will replace fuel vehicles as the main means of transportation,and the number will continue to grow.At the same time,the electric vehicle charging load will also increase,and its charging behavior will increase the power supply burden of the distribution network.Therefore,scholars at home and abroad have carried out research on the influence of the charging and discharging behavior of electric vehicles on the distribution network,and the research on the V2 G behavior of electric vehicles has become one of the research hotspots.It is found that the V2 G behavior of a large number of electric vehicles can affect the economic operation and power supply reliability of the distribution network,so it is more and more necessary to consider the V2 G behavior of electric vehicles in the distribution network planning stage.In this context,this paper takes the urban distribution network planning as the framework,and considers the V2 G behavior of electric vehicles in the urban distribution network planning.The main contents are summarized as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of electric vehicle behavior and common electric vehicle performance parameters,the V2 G behavior of electric vehicle is divided into electric vehicle charging behavior and electric vehicle discharging behavior.By using Monte Carlo method,the mathematical models of charging and discharging of electric vehicles are established,which can be used to simulate the disordered charging behavior and V2 G behavior of electric vehicles.(2)Based on the modeling of V2 G behavior of electric vehicles,the disordered charging behavior of different scale electric vehicles,V2 G behavior,and the load curve including V2 G behavior of the same scale electric vehicles based on the nature of different industries are simulated.Based on the grey load forecasting method,the grey load forecasting considering the V2 G behavior of electric vehicle is analyzed through the simulation of charging load of different scale electric vehicle and the load curve with V2 G behavior.Through the grey load forecasting analysis considering the V2 G behavior of electric vehicles,the influence of V2 G behavior on the load forecasting results is clarified.(3)Based on the idea of life cycle,a distribution network planning mathematical model is established,which takes the initial investment cost,operation cost,maintenance cost,fault loss cost and line decommissioning cost as the objective function.When the V2 G behavior of electric vehicle is considered,the operation cost of the grid planning model includes the benefit of V2 G behavior of electric vehicle,and the comprehensive cost includes the benefit of delaying network update.At the same time,based on the idea of sorting,an improved Dijkstra algorithm is proposed,and the necessity of considering the V2 G behavior of electric vehicles in the process of urban distribution network planning is verified by an example.
