With the improvement of China's economic level,the automobile industry has developed rapidly in China.As one of the important parts of automobile,the importance of tire quality to automobile industry makes the tire manufacturing industry also get considerable development.As an important part of tire production line,the technology and method of tire tread winding has a great influence on the final quality of tire products,which is also the focus of major tire manufacturers.In recent years,the accuracy requirements of domestic tire winding are more and more strict,while the foreign tire manufacturers strictly block the tire winding technology,information confidentiality makes the domestic tire industry want to improve the tire winding accuracy become a big problem.Based on the basic knowledge of tire tread winding production line and B-spline curve,aiming at the above problems,a simulation system of tire tread winding based on B-spline is designed to improve the accuracy of tire winding.The main work is as follows:The theoretical model of precise tread winding process of tire winding machine is established,and the algorithm of tire tread winding based on cubic B-spline curve is designed.The algorithm accurately locates the baseline of tire,determines the exact position of each rubber strip in the process of winding,explains the layering and termination conditions of tire winding,and finally analyzes and processes the errors.On the platform of Visual Studio and Qt,based on the above winding algorithm,the simulation system software of tire tread winding is developed to simulate the precise winding process of tire.The function of each software module is introduced and analyzed.Finally,the comparison between this system and the ordinary winding method of tire tread shows the advanced nature and advantages of the tire tread wrapping algorithm based on the cubic B-spline curve.Compared with the winding method before the improvement,the accuracy of winding and the accuracy of rubber strip position the above-mentioned tire tread winding system have been significantly improved,the applicability and stability of tire production process modification have been enhanced,the cost of the enterprise has been reduced,and the market share of the enterprise's products has been increased.
