Design And Research Of Integrated Private Room For Sleeper EMUs

In recent years,the development of high-speed rail is very rapid.The number of high-speed rail has reached half of the world,it has become the main force of intercity transportation.In the research and development of high-speed trains,the research focus has gradually developed from the traditional reliability problem of railway vehicles to the research and development of "passenger equipment train" platform.In the long-distance passenger trains,there is still a great demand for sleeper cars.Although the human-machine,convenience and modern equipment of sleeper EMU have been greatly improved,there are still many problems that have not been solved.Based on the research and analysis of different passengers,different scenes and different periods of time,the paper puts forward the design concept of integrated compartment of sleeper EMU by integrating the methods of ergonomics,human-oriented design,innovative design and integrated design.The full text can be roughly divided into the following parts:First of all,it introduces the research background,research sources,research purposes and significance of the paper,and combs the ideas and methods of the research.Secondly,the concept of integrated design is put forward,the application of integrated design in various fields is studied,and the application and embodiment elements of integrated design in train are listed.In the third chapter,the concept of integrated compartment of sleeper EMU is put forward,the current status of integrated design of rail vehicles is studied,the existing integrated technology is collected,the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and it is applied to the design practice of this paper.In the fourth chapter,it analyzes the user demand of the integrated sleeper EMU compartment,introduces the ergonomics method to analyze the behavior model of the sleeper EMU compartment users,introduces the academic research of environmental psychology and design aesthetics,analyzes the sleeper EMU integrated compartment passengers,and puts forward the design guidelines.The fifth chapter,design practice,completed the conversion of the design concept proposed in the paper in the sleeper EMU integrated compartment,fully proved the correctness of the methods of ergonomics,human-oriented design,innovative design and integrated design,and achieved the combination of theoretical research and design practice.The sixth chapter,the conclusion,carries on the analysis to the design plan,summarizes the research conclusion,the main innovation point,the research insufficiency and so on with the future effort direction.
