As more and more problems of energy and environment,major cities in China began to promote newenergy vehicles like electric vehicles.As well,energy supply equipment for electtic vehicles are spread.The safety and reliability of charging equipment is the premise of widespread use of electric vehicles in our daily life.Ultimately,problems in the charging process mainly result from product defects and incomplete testing of the manufacturers.The main test items of charging point consist of electrical specification,protocol conformance,interoperability.In addition to electrical specification test,such as the grounding resistance of the charging point,the internal wiring specification,the contactor safety and other items,other items are mostly to test the controller of the charging point how to deal with various types of faults and the operation of the users.In fact,those items are for the motherboard and its program.So,it's important to develop a test system for the motherboard of the charging point to improve the efficiency of test for the manufacturer.This paper studies and implements a simulation test system for the motherboard of the charging point controller.Firstly,according to national standards of the charging point,this paper devises a kind of universal simulation test system of the charging point controller after the analysis of the functional composition and working principle of different types of charging equipment.Then,data processing and storage,dependability assessment of the software of the test are studied.We determine the system organization and the interface among them.Afterwards,according to the composition of the charging equipment and the test requirements of the national standard,a general scheme of each module in the system is proposed.The test of the interoperability and consistency of the protocol of the charging point is explained in detail.The microkernel architecture of PC program,communication and data storage are realized.Finally,the unit test and system integration test are carried out on the platform,and the experimental data and results are analysed.The system can improve the convenience and efficiency of the motherboard test.
