This paper studies a kind of adjacent charge multiple EFP warhead,which,as a kind of MEFP warhead,has the characteristics of small divergence Angle and high hit probability,and is mostly used to deal with distant cluster targets.However,the adjacent multiple EFP warhead will change the shape of EFP projectile due to the impact of adjacent detonation waves.Compared with the single EFP warhead of the same calibre,its penetration ability to the target decreases.In order to study the forming law of adjacent multi-efp warhead,this paper studies from the following aspects.First of all,a comparative test was conducted between a single EFP warhead with the same calibre and a single EFP warhead with a simple combination of close charge,and it was found that the projectile shape of close charge and multiple EFP warhead was not ideal,and the penetration power decreased.Then,theoretical and simulation studies were carried out on the superposition effect of multi-source detonation wave,and it was found that the superposition effect of three-source detonation wave was higher than that of two-source detonation wave,which had a greater impact on the forming of EFP projectile,causing deflection of EFP projectile and asymmetry on both sides.Second,by choosing different filling medium,the speed of the projectile forming result of EFP,the diameter of the tail,the target thickness,target velocity and equivalent wear have chosen 0.11 g/cm~3 of polyurethane foam has good isolation effect,and the charge interval,shell thickness,shell and three kinds of factors on the EFP EFP charge clearance molding influence regularity of the projectile are studied.Finally,in order to obtain the EFP projectile with good symmetry,through the structural design of the shell and changing the reflection intensity and influence range of the shell on detonation wave,a method was found to obtain the symmetrical shape of two tail fins EFP projectile with good symmetry and small divergence Angle.The shape of EFP projectile is related to the shell envelope Angle and shell thickness.Through the analysis of the influence law of EFP projectile,a better scheme is selected.The divergence Angle of EFP projectile is60%lower than that of the cylindrical shell warhead with equal charge spacing.
